Friday 3rd Aug 2018; Berlin Beer Mile Festival. 33cl bottle (brewed by Strubbe, Belgium). Why do I buy such things when there are stall selling fresh beers all around me? We just because I thought the bottle looked interesting and the beer name sounded exotic, is that OK? Pale golden pour, weak, wispy white head. Grainy nose and initial taste, light floral hints in the flavour, overall bland and boring.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, getreidig. Geschmack leicht malzig, wässrig, getreidig, minimal herb.

Bottle from Haus der 131 Biere, Hamburg. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and cooked rice. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Light dry finish. Watery. 141212

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Grassy notes. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate. Not that bad.....

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are ricemalt, grass and hops.

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a dense white head. Slightly grainy nose with fruits and a weak rice-like touch, sort of like a cheap sake. It’s medium bodied and dry, low on bitterness and with a grainy flavor. Some fruityness too. Definately not my favorite, but with quenching qualities. 100104

Bottle. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is dry, malt, rice. Flavour is dry, malt, cardboard, rice. Boring beer.

Bottle 33cl. @ home.Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, hay, rice, light hoppy. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing white head. Sweet malty aroma. Medium body, some sweet malts but also a very distinct metallic edge. Not much hoppiness. But for a Pale lager this could be a lot worse. 110309
