Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, citrus, cloves, and bread, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing and Timo for briging it to Denmark.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Timo A. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a solid and frothy white head. Banana, yeast and phenols in the nose. Medium body, banana esters and yeast with a citric undertone. Skewed, odd phenols. Far from the best Hefe. 301109

Screw-cap bottle: Cloudy and golden, stable foamy layer, visible carbonation, moderate fruity nose (mainly bananas; lemons and cloves only in minor amounts detectable); moderate sweet flavour, combined with a faint acidity; bananas return in the sweetish finish, followed by a delicate tartness in the aftertaste. a verage, drinkable Weizen, a bit on the sweet side........
