Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a small, rough white head. Sweet malty nose. Medium body, clean sweet malts with a whiff of metal. Dry, hoppy finish. Straight and well made. 221109

Bottle: Caution - Infection! Golden, hazy, small foamy layer, traces of infection in the fruity-grainy nose; sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; fruity-bitter finish with a distinctive tartness, caused by bacteriae. A fresh one, please.............

(draught at the brewpub) Hazy, pale golden colour with a short blond foamy head. Sweet buttery and soft grainy malty aroma with subtle fruity notes. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly grainy malty base with fruity-yeasty notes; sweet and faint bitter finish with a grainy aftertaste (03.VIII.09).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden colour, small white head. Fruity-malty nose. Medium-bodied, lovely malty flavours dominate, together with a shy fruityness (apple, lemon). Grassy hoppy flavours with a citrusy touch dominate the finish. Solid quality with a great rural character.
