(33cl bottle) Clear, golden colour with a firm and short creamy white head. Moderately sweet malt-accented aroma with subtle fruity (melon) notes and rounded flowery and herbal hoppy touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Malty base with underlying residual sugars, combined with a delicate herbal and slightly floral hops character, also subtle fruity hints are detectable; medium-dry sweet bitter and slightly chalky finish. Pleasant to drink (08.VIII.09).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear deep golden yellow colour with a small white head. The aroma reminds me of oak aged cider and Lambic. Malty background with fruity flavours of apple and cider (not the cheap fizzy stuff, but real cider). The flavour also reminds of lambic, wild yeasts and barnyard, but the malty fruityness is more dominating. Hops with a grassy character round the beer of and let it end in a lingering hoppy-fruity finish. Smooth and velvety on the palate. An unusual but delicious beer.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass not really. Starts sourish and fermented, grasy and moldy finish. Does not really taste like a pils, more like a terrible export.
