Schaumentwicklung (für Weißbierverhältnisse) nur so lala. Aber das Bier hat immerhin eine schöne, dichte, trübe Farbe. Geschmacklich haben wir gekochte Früchte, einen Hauch frische Quitte und (für ein Bier dieser Färbung) ungewöhnlich dunkelmalzige Nuancen. Ein paar deutliche florale Kräuternoten spielen auch mit rein. Schön weich. Ist nicht direkt sperrig - hat aber auf alle Fälle einen eigenen Charakter. Rangiert in meiner persönlichen Weizenrangliste aber nur irgendwo im Mittelfeld.

A cloudy yellow beer. Aroma and taste of some yeast and bananas with some spices.

50cl bottle from the brewery. Pours hazy dark golden colour with a big good lasting white head. Aroma of banana, not too sweet, yeasty. Taste of banana, fruity, yeasty, very good!

Bottle (purchased at the brewery):Golden, cloudy, medium-sized and slowly-collapsing loose off-white head, ripe bananas in the sourish-sweetish wheaty nose; delicate sweetish-sourish flavour, realatively light bodied, but quite soft; short finish with the usual flavour and the expected tartness in the aftertaste. O.K., but not so exciting....

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Citrus-fruity and moderately wheaty aroma with a notes of banana and a tinge of phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively, slightly sharp carbonation. Wheaty and moderately citric and banana-fruity taste with mildly phenolic spices; slightly sweet and sour-fruity finish. 02.VI.12

Bottle, 5.3% bought at the brewery. Good citric, grapefruity aroma. Cloudy orange colour. OK off-white head. The flavour starts off a bit sweet, turns malty and grapefruity.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Hazy golden colour with small white head. Aroma is honey, wheat, mild herbs, bananas as well as some mild grassy notes. Flavour is sweet wheat, caramel as well as some notes of cardboard, hay and mild yeast.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, banana notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091122]

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry estery and slight fruity. Sweet fruity flavoured, light estery note. Ends sweet and fruity into the finish. Ends medium dry.

Celar golden with a large white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with hints of wheat and banana. Sweet yeasty flavour with wheat and and bananas. Finished dry.
