Stralsunder Traditionsbock, Flasche von BierPost.com. - Dunkles Rotbraun, reichlich hellbrauner Schaum. (13.3.2020.)

500ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with average, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige to tan head. Dark malty aroma, notes of malt lozenge, caramel, hints of burnt caramel and coffee, a touch of toffee and tobacco. Taste is slightly sweet dark and caramel malty, hints of malt lozenge, a touch of liquorice and burnt caramel bitterness; soft, minimally sticky palate. Well controlled sweetness overall.

0,5 l bottle. Pours out in a darkest red brown, nearly black, oily and with a huge dark beige foamy head. Coffee nose with malt. Starts very malty with a lot of coffee but also very smooth. Later ripe banana, sweet malty and hints of smoked eel. Got a little bit thinner to the end but still a good one!

Sehr dunkelbraune Farbe, schöne cremige beige Schaumkrone. Geruch angenehm schokoladig, etwas Kaffee, gering rauchig? Geschmack kräftig malzig, Kaffee und Schokolade, etwas Vanille, geringe Rauchnoten, sehr gut!

bottle, danke an pivnizub. Deep brown colour, large and creamy beige head. Looks and smells like a Baltic Porter. Full-bodied, dark chocolatey flavours with raisins, caramel, cocoa, bitter chocolate... Not too sweet, perfectly balanced and very velvety on the palate. Delicious!
