Beach Boy Wally (2023)

Just like your annual beach trip, BEACH BOY WALLY returns! Trying some new base malt blends with Wally's good 'ol enormous oat and wheat ratios. Isolating just a couple hops on this one, our select Citra lot alongside some Waimea we've been really keen on (see Spellbinder w/ Waimea). Pours a bright and pale golden pineapple hue and smells like a mango peach smoothie. Close your eyes and you're on the shore. Flavors of huge tangerine citrus with a little bitterness from that Waimea, rounded out with some peachy papaya through the finish.
