Bottle 0,7ltr: Clear amber coloured heather ale matured on whiskey barrels, thats gives this ale an whiskey appearance. Drunk it from its 6444 bottle of the 7500.

750ml bottle. Cheasy plastic cork completely fails, leavign a flat oxidized beer. Massive peat smoke whiskey aroma. Oak and sherry galore. The lack of carbonation really detracts from a rather delicious base. Terrible bottling decision. Meady.

The walnut thing is good, but the flatness and putrid part isn’t . Definitely isn’t worth the $ 29 I paid for it.

Wässrig säuerlich malziger, etwas kräuterartiger Antrunk. Eher wenig aromatisch, laff. Kurzer Nachhall, unrund. 5/7/5/6/9/5

Cork and caged 75cl bottle shared at the 5th Oct 2015 Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting with Gene. Bottle # 6443 has now been consumed. I thought it fairly sour overall even though there was a woody, spicy and mild whisky feel to the beer: no heather like aroma or flavours for me, not too sure what myrtle leaves smell or taste like. Amber bodied with a wispy head and interesting taste, decent carbonation with enough going on flavour wise to split the groups thoughts and opinions.

75cl bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, Travlr edition, Oct 15. Thanks Mike. Pours clear amber with a wild yeast aroma. Taste is spritzy with caramel, herbs, berries and dark fruits. Interesting with more complexity than the 22.

Muddy pale brown. No head. Aroma of berries, fermented fruits and sherry. Similar taste. Slightly sour aftertaste, with dry sherry. No carbonation.
