Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head leaving a little laces. Fresh citrusy nose. Medium body, some fruit and astringent and grapefruitish accents. Bitter finish. 110910

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear light to medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, lime, grapefruit. As the beer heats up the aroma change from very nice to okay. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long to average duration, peppery and limery. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090808]

Bottled conditioned (at Chriso, BB 01/2010). Yellow, slightly hazy color, small white head. Fruity-citrus hoppy aroma, also yeasty. Quite citrusy, almost like coriander spiced ale. Lingering lime-peel flavors in the aftertaste. Crisp, lemony bitter.
