Created shortly after the brewery moved site to the tennis pavilion, this pale ale has a big fruity flavour with a peppery hoppiness, and a dry, bitter yet fruity finish.

Old rating - A half pint from the cask at the 2019 Beer & cider festival in St Helier, Jersey. Pours a amber colour with a white head. Aromas of malt. Tastes of caramel, touch of spice & malt. Medium body. Dry mildly bitter finish. Nice bitter.

Cask at the old Vic. Pours clear pale Amber, nose is toffee, floral, some honey, taste is toffee, bitter, dry.

Cask at the Marlborough Arms, Cirencester. Golden amber pour with a white head. Aromas of toffee,sweet malts, sweet citrus. Taste is grapefruit, zesty orange, toffee, pine. Long bitter linger.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing. A almost clear golden beer with a off-white head. Aroma of biscuit malt, some caramel and fruity hops. Taste of pine needles, caramelized malt, red malt, biscuit, moderate bitterness.

Many thanks to SimonTomlinson. Neutral grainy nose. The beer starts neutral grainy. Easy to drink, mild with not too much depth. Grainy, neutral, watery.

17th Feb 2019. Hand-pulled half-pint in the Station Hotel, Oakengates. Smooth white crown on a clear amber body, plenty of lacing as the beer level sank. A fruity and hoppy little number with a slight piney bitterness for balance.

Cask at the Old Vic, Preston. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of biscuit and faint grassy hops. Taste has a creamy note, more biscuit. Clean finish.

Pendle Beer Festival 2016. Clear golden coloured ale. Has a sugary hoppy nose, slightly dry in taste, but not too much, and a medium bitterness. Fruits are only just evident.
