Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2009. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some hoppy hints in the aftertaste.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 09, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, apple, toffee, sewage - wood notes, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090807]

Cask@GBBF 2009. Deep golden color, small white head. Sticky grassy aroma. Light and watery palate. Light grassy and kind of lemony flavor.

Cask@GBBF2009. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wood, some mild fruity and floral hops as well as mild sweet marmeladeish notes. Flavour is wooden, mildly sour fruity as well as some bready malts. Quite pleasantly balanced.

Half pint, gravicask. Copper body colour with a ring of white bubbles on the surface. Good laceworks. Medium floral nose. Lots of sweet, sappy fruits in flavour. Dry, light bitter finish (Afternoon session at London Drinker BF, 13.03.2008).
