This mead was macerated on speciality coffee: Fazenda Moinho – Yellow Bourbon from Java Coffee Roasters. The basis of this mead is the Augustów Early Trójniak with a delicate floral bouquet and a bright golden color. The Early Coffee Trójniak is developed during the grain maceration process. The coffee for our mead chosen together with specialists from Java Coffee Roasters.
