From tap at Borefts 2016. Aroma is very fruity, lots of mango and passion fruit, tropical fruits, some lacto. Flavour is above moderate acidy sourness. Body is light. Very refreshing and fruity with a good puckering sourness, I love this!

Tap @ Borefts. Pale yellow. Passion fruit in the floral aroma and flavor. Sour, lemon, apple, pleasant, somewhat sticky.

Keg @ BBB. Hazy yellow pour with a small white head. Nice mango presence but very buttery at this point. Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Sahtipaja Passion For Mango ].Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate to light heavy fruity, mango. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tropical fruit ala passion fruit - mango, tart, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy and very pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, dry and minerally crisp. Dry yogurty sweetness. Some tangy fruits. Very dry finish. Over dry and yogurty! Yuk!

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a crystal clear pear colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, mango. The flavour is acid citrus with a crisp light refreshing mango fruit smooth yeast palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Tap@Borefts 2016, Bodegraven - golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour citrus fruity and wheaty, mango and a medley of tropical fruits, yeast, tart fruity finish.

At BBF, touch hazy pale yellow color, aroma of mango and white wine with a spicy hint, flavor of white wine and fruit, a bit too acidic and hints of tannins. Nice, a little unbalanced.

[9/23/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day one. Pale yellow. Aroma of mango, passion fruit, yogurt. Tart flavor, lactic. Light-bodied. Really good and refreshing.
