Bottle at Chris’ Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia tasting. Hazy very dark brown. Thin beige head. Oak woody. Hides alcohol well. Good strong malty dry malty beer. It’s really tasty, some sting on finish. Rather good.

22nd May 2010. ChrisOs ’Blue Ridge Mountains Of Virginia’ tasting! Cloudy dark brown beer. Sourish nose. Light softish and semi dry palate. Sourish malt - a little woody. There is also some sweeter malt kicking in. Finishes soft and light with a touch of fruit coming through. Complex and unusual. Very nice!
