Our tribute to the "devil" beers of Belgium. This beer is light in color with a full flavor and dry finish. Be careful, as it may sneak up on you. After receiving a cease-and-desist letter on behalf of musician Ozzy Osbourne, the Baltimore brewery has renamed its Ozzy beer Beazly. It is named after Mark Barcus, a bartender of the Mount Vernon bar for nearly 17 years. His nickname around the bar is Beazly.

On tap at The Brewer's Art, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp, with dry hopping, crisp crackery malt and a bit of Belgian yeast. Crisp and nicely made.

Best by May 8th 2017.
It pours a pale gold with an inch and receding head of foam.
Smells of kind of spicy hops, sweet and grainy malt.
The taste is nice. Grain with an ample off setting spicy hop character and some sweet notes. A very tasty Golden Ale that’s very easy to drink and doesn’t suffer from a thin body.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark yellow-gold color with a small off-white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was dryish, perfumey and a bit chalky. The flavor was dry, bitter, perfumey and medicinal. Long finish. Medium body. Disappointing.
