(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch Y18B087 - BB 26/07/2019, from Alko, 20180915) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, sweetness and pine. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, pineapple, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, hoppy and bitter. A too sweet brew with rather nice hoppiness.

Keg at Brewdog Shepherds Bush, London. A hazy orange/amber coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, orange, tropical fruit, some caramel. Sweet and sticky DIPA. Nice effort from the Dutch.

Bottled 330ml (Alko web)
Amber colour, good off-white head. Aroma is not so strong, hop oils, alcohol, some fruits. Medium to full-bodied. Caramel, resin, pine, jam ... maybe also a bit unclean yeast vibe somewhere. Very hoppy, sweetish DIPA but same time restless. Old time imperial IPA.

An orange beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has citrus, low mango, pine and dry wood, some caramel. Taste has low fruitness, pine, wood and slightly resiny bitterness is dominating, caramel. Slightly too sweet even the bitterness is strong. Almost full bodied. Too sweet as many DIPAs, also maybe too heavy. Then positive things, strong bitterness and enough of aromatic notes even overally, more harsh than aromatic. Good beer. Edit 12.02.2023. Canned 01.12.2022, alc. 8.2%. I have to increse the point. Nice fruitness of mango and papaiya, not too sweet. 36 -> 38.

On keg at Brewdog Lothian Rd, Edinburgh. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - apricot into mango. Something else tropical. Taste - mango, overripe melon. Orange/lime finish. Palate - medium bodied, oily texture, creamy then dry well tapered linger. Overall - another great beer from Het Uiltje.

Keg at BrewDog, Lothian Road. Hazy amber body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of straw, white sugar and blood orange. Flavour of marmalade and crystallised orange. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Rich and orangey, with barely a hint of the ABV.

Can picked up from Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham, consumed onboard the Pont Aven, en route to Santander, Tuesday 26th June 2018. Pours hazy dark gold/light amber. Tastes like an American IPA. A touch hot on the abv front, crystal malt to the fore but bitter and with a sweetness and then dry finish. Good. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov15 3.7
