Bottle, 4.9%. Good papery and slightly floral aroma. Clear very pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is malty and papery, quite clean. Late distinct bitterness. Simple and good.

Bottled. Yellow colour, small white head. some lace. Aroma is grass, grains, with sweet malts and some herbal notes. Flavour is grass, wood, some fruits as well as berbal. Mild metallic notes as well, but not that disturbing in the whole.

(bottle) Clear, golden coloured effervescent hue with a medium-sized blond foamy head. Moderately sweet and grainy malty aroma with herbal and a touch of grassy hops; an initial whiff of metal fades quite quickly. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Light malty, minimal grainy base with herbal notes; dry and quite bitter hoppy finish with a faint malty sweetness. A decent and typical German Pilsener (17.03.08).

Pale golden coloured, slowly diminishing fluffy white head; delicate sweet-malty nose with a tinge of cardboard and grassy hops; mild sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied to watery, short bitter-sweet finish. Really not unpleasant, but really thin...........
