Complex caramels and a slight nuttiness of buckwheat build the malt body, along with a full mouthfeel from a heavy helping of white wheat. Mildly hopped with Willamette and spiced with coriander to truly let the Belgian yeast spicy flavours soar. An easy drinking, unique, big flavour brew.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy copper color with creamy head. Mild aroma of banana and bubblegum, impression of stagnant water. very smooth mouthfeel; there is a different cereal, but it doesn’t show clear buckwheat character; quite spicy, coriander, and yeast; relatively bitter, with some fruity esters in the end.
It reminds me of many North American Saison or other attempts at Belgian styles. A bit confused, but it has some interest. Nice.
