Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Sahtipaja Vaniljcider ].Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, vanilla, green applea. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, vanilla, apple, cider tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160923] 7-2-7-3-14

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold/hay color with light bubbly head. Aromas of sweet vanilla and applesauce with additional apple pie notes. Flavors of Christmas spice, old dried apples, dried lemon, wheat, and toasted grains.

330ml bottle from Beergium. Hazy yellow colour with a white foam head that rapidly diminishes. Nose of vanilla, apple pie. Flavour is slightly tart, vanilla, yogurt, apple strudle, hint of spice, some tannin. Foamy mouthfeel, light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a hazy yellow colour with little life. The aroma is light mineral light vanilla. The flavour is light sour with a smooth light crisp vanilla palate. Light bodied with average. Carbonation.
