Amber color with small compact head. The caramel aroma is soft, more Bock than Vienna. The mouthfeel is soft too, thanks to a very light residual sweetness; some caramel flavor and low bitterness, hence a short final.

Medium amber caramel malty very low hop medium body not intense Ambrata schiuma media discreta persistenza note maltate leggere tostature un tocco di caramello praticamente niente luppolo aromatico solo un po di amaro secchezza media finale corto
