Typical smell and look for a kristallweizen. Good lacing. Taste was full of banana, citrus, and bread. Typical and nothing spectacular.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is banana, some wheat, mild hoppyness as well as some slight salty notes. Flavour is being quite much the same, but quite much sweeter than the aroma was showing. Perfect beer with a brunch. (points given are without the brunchbonus though).

(bottle) Almost clear, golden colour with a huge and persistent foamy white head. Sweet, slightly milky and moderately wheaty aroma with notes of banana and dusty cloves. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderate wheat-character with notes of banana and a whiff of citrus towards the sweet-bitter and slim finish with a little fizz. 28.X.10

Bottle. Sweet banana/orange, wheat malt and bitter clove aroma. Clear golden yellow color with large white head and strong effervescence. Sweet orange juice, clove and light wheat malt flavor. Decent - would have liked more maltiness.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light caramel, moderate yeasty, matured banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091015]
