Bottle from Le Bon Marché, Paris, vintage 2004.
The label for this vintage is orange and grey, and it has an alcohol content of 7%.
It has a beautiful golden color, with a small collar of bubbles around the glass. It has at first a nice aroma of mature apples; the mouthfeel is quite dry, there is some apple flavor, and a light astringency at the end. Well balanced, but not exciting.
