En fyldig, vinøs, frugtpræget kastanjefarvet ale. Øllet fremstår klart og småboblende. Skummet er hvidt og vedholdende. Duften er præget af malt og frugt. Smag af karamel, æbler og citrus. Sødmen afstemmes af den lette syre, som bidrager med en friskhed til øllet.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Some caramellic notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Nice week licorice notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

unclear caramelly brown, small offwhite head. sweet caramel, candi sugar, malts in the aroma flavor is sweet malty, caramelly, alc bitter, a little boozy, some faint flowery note.

50 cl bottle . Thanks Sfhodense. Pours cloudy amber brown with a stable creamy white head. Nose is yeast, fruit, caramel/toffee. Flavor is yeast, fruit, caramel - slightly roasted. Medium and smooth palate. Warmth from alcohol. Ok

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours dark orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry yeasty, slight spiced and mild roasted. Sweet caramelish and light fruity. Bitter, citric and mild sweet. Lingering fruity finish, light phenolic yeasty.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Unclear medium red amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, brown sugar, light to moderate yeasty, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20091006]
