Draught @ Nørrebro Bryghus, Ryesgade 3, 2200 København, Denmark.Light unclear medium amber yellow - orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, moderate yeasty, burnt rubber - smoked. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light fruit - citrus acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090922]

Golden with a small white head. Herbal aroma with honey notes. Sweet honey flavour with bees wax, and some spices. A little too sweet for me, but with a nice lemon finish.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, citrus, plastic, and honey. The flavor is is sweet with with notes of honey, plastic, malt, and straw, leading to a sweet honey finish.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-09-15) Yellowish and hazy. Small white head. Sweetness and honey in aroma. Light and dryish palate with quite high carbonation. Fruitiness, sweetness, honey, hops, bitterness and lightly citircness in taste. Bitterness and sweetness in afertaste. Quite good for a honey beer as I normally don’t like those at all.

On tap. Hazy golden with a creamy off-white head leaving laces. Rather neutral aroma with a discreet tart whiff. Medium body, lightly sweet fruit and plenty of Belgian yeast. Finishes dry with a light tartness. Not many traces of the honey. An easy drink but also a rather bland one. 140909

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light yeasty fruity,pepper and slight spiced. Mild citrusy flavoured. Lingering and mellow yeasty. Light phenolic and estery touch. Medium dry and lasting estery fruity finish. Lingering honey herbal note in the far finish.
