This 100% foeder fermented stout is incredibly deep and complex. Up front notes of light roast coffee and chocolate. It yearns to rise to room temperature, when it rewards patience with subtle vanilla and oak character, complimented by a bit of sweetness and notes of molasses, dried fruit, and fig. This stout is rich yet surprisingly easy to drink. This is the whiskey drinker's stout.
