70 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours dark brown with a light tan and slight creamy head. Aroma is mild roasted, breadish and slight hoppy. Roasted malt flavoured, lingering breadish and with a light bitterness and vague acidity coming through. Ends dry and slight acidic.

Bottle 70 cl. Pours an opaque black with a vague tint of orange and a solid beige head. Arona of burned malts and sweet vanilla. Medium body, very burned malt, vanilla and ashes. Hardly any bitterness. Heavily carbonated. 130909

Bottled. Dark hazy ambery brown colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is nutty, roasted malts, some slight black coffee, quite sour/acidic fruits. Flavour is coffee, roasted malts, some nuts and quite liquorice and rather much hops and also oatmeal like notes. Once it warms up flavour gets almost double ipa like hoppy with the same elements as written earlier. Beer style a question mark, could be a big dark mild ale or then just basic stout.

Bottled (bryg #77, July 2009).

Dark brown color, small steady brownish head. Chocolaty, grassy, vegetably with some licorice in the nose. Ashy, dark malts, some chocolate, hops, a bit sweet. This is not a dry stout, more like "stout"/ oatmeal stout. Otherwise nice, but I get a bit too much vegetables.
