Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with touches of yeast and hints of banana. Bitter, hoppy onset, giving way to sweet, bready and malty notes with bananalike and caramellish touches. Mildly acidic aftertaste with malty notes. High carbonation. Tastes somewhat infected. Perhaps better if fresh and brewed without problems, but I am not really sure. Needs re-rating.

500ml bottle, no 123, trade with Skinnyviking. Noisy, rocky off-white head, slowly diminishing. Poor lacing. Hazy apricot coloured body. Caramel on the nose, hints of dark wheat. Spiced malt-fruity flavours, hints of apricot, dark wheat and ripe banana. Mid-sweet ending. Soft on the swallow. Fair enough (Copenhagen 14.11.2015).

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit leaning on being over ripe. Nice.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. An almost clear, orange-golden beer with a nice, creamy, off-white head. Grainy nose with some alcohol, fruits and fruity sweetness. If I might say that. Sweet flavor, fruity, mostly banana and lemon, with some alcohol giving a little warmth in the mouth. Effervescent and almost sticky-sweet in the mouth. A decent beer, but far from pinning the style. A bit heavy on the alcohol though. Rating: 6-4-7-4-13-3.4. 090720

Bottle. An almost clear beer, orange-golden and topped by a minimal-sized off-white head. Warming, sweetish nose with some fruits. Alcohol, sweetness and fruits in the flavor too, leading to a bitter finish. Warming and full-bodied. Way too focused on the alcohol, but with some qualities. I’m very surprised how different I experienced those two bottles. 090822
