Our collab with Bluejacket Brewing Company, Chefs Stopping AAPI Hate and Imperial Yeast, this witbier was made to be food friendly and was brewed with 50Hertz sichuan peppercorns, coriander seed, chrysanthemum tea and orange peel. Zesty notes of orange blossom and peppercorn give way to a soft, bright beer.

Florals, and a hint of Sichuan pepper, though none of that mouth-numbing feel that I love from those things. Definitely coriander and tea. Slightly hazy golden pour with ok head. Light sweet floral finish. Tap at brewery.

Hazy pale gold, extra frothy pour @Lost Generation. Faintly sulfurous nose, weak spice, lemon, talcum powder. Weak Sichuan, yeasty, half tart, unnecessary extra-floral tea, extra frothy, dull. Give me more pepper. Kinda well made but just the most boring style ever.

Sampled in a couple of spots, lightly hazy yellow, white head. Nose has a lot, it's clearly a wit, bubblegum, clove, chewy malt and wheat. The spice is there too, along with the flowers. Tea and peppercorns lead in the mouth, followed by what and chewed bubblegum. Just off dry finish.
