Bottle shared. Hazy golden with a ring off white head. Aroma of green apple and woody notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Above light bodied and very dry with soft carbonation.

750ml bottle. Sparkling, orangey gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of tangy apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity, mellow apple, cooked apple, caramel, and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish with alittle residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable.

On tap at Mikkeller Odense. Golden with a tiny white head. Aroma of apple, pear and a touch of old wood. Sweetish fruity flavour with a good tannic bitterness.

Bottle, 63cl. A hazy, yellow cider with some white bubbles around the rim. It smells like a traditional Norwegian dessert made of roasted breadcrums, mashed apples and whipped cream. Some butterscotch notes, guess that’s the breadcrums, some sour apples. The flavor is pretty much the same, mostly apples, with some buttery caramel notes in the back. The apples used gives both sweetness and dryness, I prefer my ciders drier, but I won’t complain. It’s a very drinkable one, both tasteful and quenching, well suited for a nice dinner as well. 101027
