Catch up rating. Darker lager, edging towards dunkel. Brown with small beige head, some elements of roast grains, but not strong enough to stand out on their own. Somewhere between a German dunkel and the Danish sweet browns.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grass, some sweet malts, mild herbal notes as well. Flavour is rather much the same in a balanced way. Also some slight non-sweet honeylike notes lurking in this one.

RB#3000, named after the duke (period of reign: 1545-1622) of my birthtown, Hertug Hans the Younger of Sønderborg or that of Hertug Hans the Elder of Haderslev (more likely - but less powerful).

33 cL bottle. Pours golden and clear orange with a diminished white head. Sweet malty aroma, light note of caramel. Flavour is sweet malty, slight note of grain and some bitterness. Ends light pilsner malty with a dry bitterness into the finish.
