An amber coloured premium beer with fruit and hops in the aroma. The use of Cascade hops gives an initial hoppy flavour followed by a hint of fruit and a nice bitter finish.

Huddersfield Oktoberest 2016. Tawny clear golden coloured ale. Has a fairly smooth texture, hoppy with a lingering bitter finish.

Cask-conditioned at a JDW in Reading, 7/07/2011. Deep amber with a decent off-white head. Sweet, caramel aroma with some earthy malts. Flavour of toffee, with a hint of fruit and moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours amber with a slight head. Mostly malt aroma, caramel and dark sugar. Very sweet flavor, light caramel, doughy bread, faint bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finish has more sugar, bread and caramel. Easy.

Cask at GBBF 2010. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits and malt as well as lighter notes of caramel.

Cask@GBBF2010. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, caramel, some bready malts, crystal malts as well as fruity and floral hops. Flavour is very much the same with a rather fruity and grassy finish.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty, toffee and caramel. Caramelish, toffee and roasted. Bitter and caramelish malty finish. Subdued fruity note. Ends dry.

Cask @ Lord Arthur Lee, JDW, Fareham. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Frioty malty caramel flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Cask (handpump) @ Shakespeares Head, Shakespeares Head, Africa House, 64-68 Kingsway, Holborn, Greater London England WC2B 6AH.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, apple, notes of smoke - plasic - rubber - chemistry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090803]
