For those with adventurous palates, we're thrilled to announce the return of a very special beer: our signature Flanders-style red sour has been aging in one of our oak foeders for over three years! It features aromas of dark cherries, wheat crackers, warm oak with subtle sherry, cacao, and vanilla notes, balanced by complex flavors of sour cherry pie, classic Brett funk, subtle oak and a warming spice character—a result of several different types of bacteria at work that produce lactic and some acetic acid, as well as two strains of Brettanomyces and a Belgian brewing yeast. This unique beer is not to be missed.
