Sweet, malty, lots of citrus, grapefruit peel, bitter

Appearance - golden with a light haze. White head.
Nose - dry herb and crisp apple. Then sweet peach.
Taste - peach and melon, quite luscious.
Palate - light bodied, fruity and zesty.
Overall - very nice indeed.

Tap at the place. Pale yellow to golden color short head fair persistence. Flavor of foreign hops, bittering herbs for a strong balsamic bitterness oas others of the brewery. Texture is thicker for a fairly solid body, i think theres some wheat for a juicy fruity note. A bit sticky yet mostly crisp and mineral. Strong and lively carbonation, long bitter finish, extremely dry.

Canned 330ml. -6.7%ABV. Unclear yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, malty and weak yeasty nose. Sweet malty, yeasty, weak fruity and light oxidation with herbal touch in the finish. Not so fresh.

27/4/2024. Can shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Courtesy of Mario, cheers! Pours very slightly hazy very pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, grassy touch herbal. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, quite lively. Nice bitter finish. Quite enjoyable.
