With three dozen freshly shucked oysters added to the beer towards the end of the boil, chocolate and roasted malts are used to created the rich flavour and oats to give the beer its thick body.

Bottle @ Chris_o. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Roasted malty slighlty salty aroma. Sweet malty roasted flavor. Sweetish roasted malty finsih. .
