Polish Imperial Stout
The Rysy is the highest peak in our country, its Polish summit rises to an elevation of 2499m above sea level. In the mountain series, choosing the path to Rysy, we also had to opt for a Polish hop variety – Książęcy – which we used for dry-hopping this beer. Cheers from Tatra Mountains!
Ingredients: water, barley malt, rye malt, oat flakes, maltodextrin, hop, yeast. Not pasteurized and unfiltered beer.
Temperature: 8°C
