In a fusion of tradition and innovation, an old collaborative winery has joined forces with a modern craft co-op microbrewery. This unique collaboration brings together the wisdom of age-old winemaking techniques and the creativity of contemporary craft brewing.
Together we elevated the reverse engineered process by adding Muscat must and grape skins to undergo spontaneous fermentation with naturally occurring wild microorganisms.
The resulting hybrid has a complex floral bouquet with white fruit and citrus notes boosted by a firm tart punch.
