Pours clear golden with a smooth head. Aroma of grassy hops, malts and grainy notes. Taste is grainy, a bit raw malty with hints of grassy hops and sweet notes. Finish is bitter, grainy and malty. Okay.

Bottle 33 cl. Bottle just says: "Brewbaker Bellevue Pils" at 4.8% ABV. Hazy yellow with a white head. Tart, citric nose with quite some Brett. Light body, again fairly tart with a dry and fairly hoppy finish. Clearly infected but it made it into an interesting beer! 301011

Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, hay, light moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090919]

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is citric fruity and light hoppy. Light brewing cereal flavour with a mild bitterness and medium sweet. Dry and bitter finish.
