Elle libère en fond de bouche un goût très fin amer voire fumé et alcoolisé.

Bottle from the lcbo. Pours a vaguely cloudy copper, with a finger of off white head. Taste is sweet malts with toasted notes, esters, some bitterness and some Citrus pith plastic. Your thought makes any sense. It's good, good balance

Amber-brown, quite hazy, decent head. Light estery, fruity, with a bit of bitterness, alcohol. Not bad.

330ml bottle from Lagom, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a murky medium brown colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is big toffee caramel, light alcohol. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, malty, red berry fruits, yeasty, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with average to soft carbonation.

330 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with light head. Aromas of fruity caramel, bready malts and a bit of florals. Flavors of caramel, candi sugar, bready malts and dried fruit. Sweet with a slightly bitter finish. A nice Golden Strong. (This should not be listed as a Tripel, it’s a Golden Strong; correctly categorized Untappd.)

330mL bottle, pours a clear amber with a medium, pillowy beige head. Nose reveals a nice bouquet of dried toasted bread, spicy Belgian yeast, and toasted chestnuts. Flavour is sweeter than a typical tripel but not in that gross estery way; there’s a great spicy Belgian yeast character, some candi sugar, and bready malt. I want more attenuation of the sugars in a tripel, but the yeast profile is admittedly good. Very good.

My palate isn't good enough to discern all the flavours but a complex beer, sweet with a bitter finish. Bought on-line from Beers of Europe, drank at home. A splendid beer.,
