Big shiny offwhite coarseish lasting head. Hazy orange body. Yeasty straw and malts aroma. Sweetish-dry slightly papery straw and malts taste with floral hop notes. Full-bodied, yet light, harmonic and clean. Dry floral hops and straw aftertaste. Soft, mild mouthfeel. Spicy. Very nice, and very drinkable. (0.3l wooden cask at the brewpub.)

Slightly hazy pale copper brown color, steady creamy white head. Light flowery hoppy and fruity caramelly nose. Raisins, grassy hops, some caramel and alcohol in the flavor. Some flavors which are typical to Finnish sima ("mead"). Cellary, stylish zwickelbier.

Bottled (Growler). Slightly hazy, pale golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some hops and a bit yeasty,. Flavour is earth, malts, hops and some fruity notes (not sweet fruits, and not sour weither, just neutral). Wellbalanced flavour, but the aroma was quite non-saying.

Firm head, amber-coloured, cloudy. Neutral aroma. Very nutty flavour (hazelnut). Palate might be a bit on the thin side but overall this is a quite enjoyable beer.
