Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2009. Pours muddy yellow with a off white head. Tart nose. Yeast, brett, fruit and hops. Dry, tart and fresh.

cloudy yellow, small white head. aroma is bretty, slightly sour, sort of fruit juice. flavor is lemon, sourness, faint dryness. quite nice.

Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Sourish aroma with lacto, milk and lemons. Flavour had lacto, lemons and brett notes. Finished sour.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige. The aroma is acidic with notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet with some acidic notes combined with notes of lemon and malt, leading to a lemony biter finish. The body is a bit light.

Bottle, 5.5% as Claudette Barrique. Mild citric aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Good citric flavour, lemony and lactic with a good mild vanilla note.

Bottled@GBBF2009 as "Claudette Barrique" (Thanks Phil!). Hazy pale yellowish colour with small head. Aroma is yeasty, quite tart fruity as well as some sour wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with quite strong tart wood as well. Pleasant sour ale!

Bottle@GBBF 2009 "Claudette Barrique". Hazy yellow color, small white head. Tart grapefruit but fruity aroma. A bit tart, peach and pear fruity flavor, a bit candy sugar.
