Sweetish artificial nose and beginning. Very neutral artificial with tons of artificial sweeteners. Grainy in the back, hints of lemon with too much chemicals for my taste. --- Beer merged from original tick of Naturtrüb Alster on 30 Sep 2022 at 23:53 - Score: 3. Süffiger aber trockener Beginn, der Süßstoff hinterlässt ein pelziges Gefühl auf der Zunge. Zitrone, wässriger und kurzer Abgang. Meh. 6/5/5/5/6/5

Bergbräu Alster extra 18 - yellow label. Looks very simple. Beer in the glass light yellow, huge head. Sweetish aroma. Starts mild, fruity like lemonade, sweetish. Not much beery notes in it. Finish well balanced. Okay.

trade with kimjohansen a long time ago. bbf 1-may-2010, sampled 16-july-2011. clear yellow, smooth white head. malty, dry hoppy, slightly lemonade like aroma, more beer than i’d expected, less lemon than expected. Flavor is bitter lemon, malts, faint flowery pils type hops, Beer hits a good balance between lemonade and beer, with focus on the beer. sort of refreshing. The beer does have signs of being old, i think, hops are pretty tired.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a lazing thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of lemon, and so is the flavor, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear pale yellow with a dense, off-white head leaving laces. Discreet citrus aroma. Light in body with a soft mouthfeel, discreet notes of citrus and a somewhat astringent, chemical finish. 050608
