Kräftig naturtrüb, da unfltriert. Ein Weißbier das durch Milde und Ausge- wogenheit besticht. Goldgelb in der Farbe, aromatischer Geruch, Typisch obergärig reiner Geschmack. Flaschengärung.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a stable fluffy head. Clove, overripe fruit, lemon zest, grapefruit zest, some metal. Dry zesty bitterness, some fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty bitter finish. Quite a crisp zesty Weißbier, actually the kind of Weißbier I like, but this one isn’t too balanced and a bit one dimensional, but nevertheless a good one.

Appearance: Misted gold with a one finger tall white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Wheat bread, candy, dried banana, clove, grassy hop. Light sweet, light plus bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Unfresh as it seems. Drinkable.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, dark golden colour with small to average, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimalyl bready, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of banana, banana bread, a touch of crisp bread. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, slightly yeasty spicy, slightly dry, minimally fruity hoppy, hints of banana, a touch of pear, apple, clove, mandarine. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Balanced, mild, focussed - pretty decent.

Recht klassisches Hefeweizen.

Etwas unausgewogen. Naja.

Bottle from Ship in a Bottle Liverpool and drunk at home. Hazy cloudy pale gold lasting cream head. Lemon, orange hefe, some clove, I rather liked it. The fruit is citrus and refreshing the malt is solid, it’s a bit over carbonated. The spice is there lightly on the finsh. Some hoppy finish. I thought pretty good.
