Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat and banana. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle: Cloudy, golden, big - pretty quickly collapsing - off-white head with a little lace; sweetish lemony-fruity nose, slightly weaker aromas of cloves, wheat and bananas underneath; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; increasing lemony acidity in the wheaty-dusty finish. Good Weizen.....

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is wheat, mild banana, some slight grains as well as mild spices. Flavour is sweet malts, wheat, some banana as well as some slight yeasty notes. Smooth palate.

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, clove and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy pale yellow color with giant white head. Lightly sweet banana/orange and clove flavor. Decent Hefe - flavor on the light side.

Bottle @ Papsø. Thanks. Pours hazy golden with a small creamy off white head. Nose and flavor are yeast, citrus, banana and wheat. Medium bodied. Fine balance.

Aroma is light malty, light to moderate yeasty, rubber, burnt rubber, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light burnt rubber bitter with a average uration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090830]
