50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Cornish and grassy/hayish aroma. Bitter, syrupy and dry flavoured with a distinct cornish note. Light bitter and persistint cornish finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with some notes of caramel, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

The bottle looks normal, the beer in the glass really good. Very zippy and much foam. Starts very spicy, a little bit alcoholic. Finish a bit vapid. Nevertheless very drinkable. Good beer!

Milder Antrunk, der von einer getreidigen Malznote angeführt wird. Im Mittelteil mindestens genau so mild, süßlich, sehr leicht hopfig, insgesamt nur schwach aromatisch. Lascher Nachgeschmack, malzig, leicht herb. Test vom 21.1.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,5,5,4,6,5 - 5,50

Bottle: Straw golden, big, slowly collapsing fluffy "dirty" head, solid grainy to strawy nose, moderate to strong sweet-bitter flavour, astonishingly full bodied for a beer of 5.1% ABV; sweet-strawy finish with an increasing bitterness towards the end. A good, "fat" thirst-quencher........

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a white medium-sized head. Sweet and slightly perfumed malty nose with faint grassy hops accents. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Malty taste with herbal, slightly grassy hops; moderately dry, slightly bitter finish. Not totally bad, just bland and it is a bit better than the Feldschlößchen Pils.

Bottle, 5.2%. Clear golden colour. Nice, stable white head. Not exactly sweet, but not a dry or crisp beer either. No off-flavours, but quite boring. Low to medium bitterness.

Bottled. Pale yellow colour with mediumsized foamy head. Vegetably malty and hoppy aroma and flavour. Total crap as it gets warmer. Wellbalanced while cold though.

Bottled. Pale golden, rich airy head. Grassy nose. Fruity and rather firm with soft mouthfeel and low-medium bitterness. Unassuming, but balanced.
