Und genau dieser Unterschied trennt die Spreu vom Weizen!

Goldgelb und nur leicht trüb; stabile feinporige Schaumkrone. In der Nase würzig, Nelke, leicht bananig. Im Geschmack säuerlich-süßlich, leicht würzig, Banane, etwas dünner Körper. Insgesamt mäßig.

Eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig mit reifer Banane. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

On tap at Georgios am Tachinger See, Saturday 8th July 2023 after a quick dip and swim in Tachinger See. I'm cooking tonight and it's Chicken and Chorizo Kebabs with a Mango Salad. Pours almost clear gold with a large white head. Banana from the off, nice soft, creamy mouthfeel, a little hit of vanilla, fine without ever being amazing.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow, foamy head. Clove, yeast, banana. Mild dry bitterness. Medium bodied, milky texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Okay!

At Internationales Berliner Bierfestival 2016. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of fruit, banana, grass and some light yeast. Fairly refreshing.

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Fine fruity notes of lemon, mild sweetness. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Really nice!

500ml bottle at home. BB 11/2015. yellow hazy color, medium big white head. smells acidic, lightly sour, citric, some spices. medium body, soft carbonation, light bubbly mouthfeel. tastes of bread, lightly sour, acidic, light peach, light spices, a bit watery, a bit dusty. finishes light with spices and some peach. a bit weird this one.
