Bottle from Cambridge Wine Merchants, Kings Parade. Colour is light, somewhere between Bud Light and clear. Heavy carbonation produces wisps of white head. Lime in the aroma, along with a sweet heady malty scent. Simple bittersweet taste, with the Hallertau providing bitterness but staying duly in the background. Long bittersweet finish with more hard citrus in the aftertaste. Incredibly simple and very tasty.

330ml bottle from the bottle shop at Tuckers Maltings. Shared with djoeye and Finn. Fair white head over a pale straw coloured body. Spotty lacing. Pale malty aromas, mid-sweet. Mid-sweet noble hops and grain to the taste buds. Short pale malty end. Fair enough. (Rating session at Finn’s, Tromsø 18.05.2017).

Bottle from Bia-ma. Lightly hoppy, grassy, herbal nose, as in a helles, biscuit malt. Seems right on although not completely fresh. Pale gold, clear, medium thick head. Decent hops, bit of citrus, herbs, rich malt. Again, not 100% fresh but not at all bad and pretty much hits the style on the head. Rather full and creamy.

330ml bottle. Clear very pale straw colour with small white head which doesn’t last long. Aroma: light citrus, grassy, grainy malt. Taste: light citrus, grains, light sweetness and bitterness. Mouthfeel is good, crisp, quite well carbonated. Pretty good lager, refreshing and very sessionable.

Draught @ Christian Firtal, Odense. Thornbridge tap takeover. Pours clear golden with a white head. Fresh grains. Grassy. Dry and very grainy. Floral and dry bitterness. A bit of bread. Very classy, clean and original.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Clear pale straw, white head. German hop goodness - fresh grass and lemony notes, along with a gentle honey like maltiness. Soft yet crisp mouthfeel, same gentle malts and hops, a kiss of grassy bitterness. Top notch!

Bottled 330ml (Saveur)
Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head and some lace. Some German earthy hops and grainy maltyness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Nice maltyness, a bit grainy and sweetish, grassy-earthy hops. Decent traditional style unfiltered pils.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, some slight herbs, bready malts and that’s about it. Flavour is malts, some slight strange bitterness as well as some mild strange sweetness. Not the cleanest of Helles’.
