500ml bottle. Hazy yellowish golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, minimally lacing, white head. Mealy banana aroma, minimally citrus note, a spicy touch. Extremely flat carbonation, creamy mouthfeeling - an aspect of Weizenbocks I appreciate. Taste is moderately peppery spicy, slightly sourish, minimally sweet malt basis. No specific fruit notes, just a one-dimensional spicy note - disappointing.

Bottle in hotel room with Craig, Jan and Alex. Murky very light brown. Very watery. Sweet, some banana and a sour touch. I can hardly believe this was a weizen bock.

An unclear orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet and primarily wheaty, while the flavor is sweet wheaty with a light note of caramel. Boring for a style that has some great examples.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Aroma of sweet malt and yeast. Medium-bodied with fruity accents, but not really any distinct banana or citrus esters. Distinct yeast though. No bitterness. 050506

Bottle: Cloudy, golden to orangey coloured, mid-sized rocky head, slowly diminishing; sweet malty and fruity (bananas and cloves) nose, a bit yeasty and alcoholic; sweet flavour, combined with some alcohol-burn; mainly sweet and alcoholic finish, maybe a bit tart, too; not very well hidden alcohol: not too complex Weizen-Bock, like an average Weizen, supercharged by a sweet schnapps.......

(bottle) Hazy and cloudy orange colour with a fluffy off-white head. Medium sweet wheat-malty and banana fruity aroma with yeasts and clovy notes. Yeasty and moderately sweet malty taste with banana and citrus notes, medium bodied, smooth carbonated mouthfeel, quite slim and dry malty and fruity finish with a clovy spice and a non-disturbing alcoholic note. Easy going and refreshing Weizenbock, which is quite dangerous according to its high ABV.
