A refreshing pale lager brewed with birch to capture Estonian nature and sauna culture.
Taste: From the first sip to the aftertaste, strong birch sauna whisk notes prevail. The beer has a rather full-bodied character. Although birch is dominant, it is pleasantly balanced with malty sweetness and a touch of citrusy hop bitterness.
Appearance: A clear golden-yellow beer with a dense, long-lasting white head.
Nose: The aroma is herbal, with a strong dominance of birch leaf scents. In the background, there’s a hint of sweet maltiness characteristic of lagers.
Malts: Pilsner malt, Dextrin malt
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Birch

44cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, medium transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is cereal, floral and honey. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is balanced between some sweetness and mild bitterness. Final is average.

A golden and lightly hazy beer, a head is quite big and white. Aroma has maltyness, light citrus and hint of birch. Taste has maltyness, clearly birch leaves. Medium bodied. Nice and fresh pine there, better than expected.
