Bottle. Cloudy amber, huge golden head. Spicy aroma - clove, coriander, vanilla, light fermenting orangepeel offnote. Chewy base, mellow, light sticky mouthfeel. Perfumed fermenting fruit with cloves, candyish. Doesnt work for me - a shame, I loved their dunkelweisse.

Aroma of hops, grains, and alcohol, rather unexciting. Body is bright yellow, solid head, loads of carbonation. Flavour is smooth, with plenty of malts, some grains and hops. Easy drinking, a decent beer for a session.

Bottle @ Bamberg. As Keiler Weiss Hell. Pours unclear yellow with a small white head and lacings. Sweet nose and flavor of wheat, yeast, banana and dough. Medium bodied.

bottle from Bierzwerg, ABV 5.2%. Hazy amber-golden colour, large white head. Friuity nose. Wheaty and yeasty, smooth mouthfeel which is underlined by the fruityness.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with mediumsized creamy white head, nice lace. Aroma is sweet malts, wheat, some banana, citrus fruit and wheat. Flavour is quite much the same along with a mild spicyness as well as some yeasty notes.

Draught @ Lohrer Bier Brauhaus, Ludwigstrasse 3, 97816 Lohr am Main, Unterfranken/Bayern, Germany.Unclear murky medium yellow color grey notes, with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light heavy yeasty, moderate fruity - banana - rubber. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090705]

Swing top bottle @ home. Blonde, hazy. Banana wheat and grass in the flavor. The aroma lacks behind a bit A good mix of drinkability, refreshing and herbalness.

I buy these because I love the beer and I love the flip-tops they come in for my homebrew. This is a solid Weissen. Tons of banana and clove in the flavor. Light bitterness and strong carbonation.
