A hazed golden ipa with a thick creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, OK. On tap at l'autre oeil.

@ BXLfest 2017. Dorée sur léger voile, col blanc. Arôme au nez finement houblonné, légère pointe de poudre d'ail en rétro-nasal avec un complément agrumes. Palais est sec avec un profil marqué américain, c-hops, petite touche poudreuse avec qcq essences tropicales et fruité plus pointe d'herbacé surtout sur la fin.

Session IPA from this micro brewery in Qu�bec, of which I never even heard until I ran into them at the BXL Beerfest. Lacing, snow white, medium thick head, hazy straw blonde robe with somewhat olive greenish hue. Aroma of raw cucumber, withered dill leaves, spring onion, white bread dough, lime peel, fresh grass. Cleanly fruity onset, unripe gooseberry- and cucumber-like ’green’ fruitiness, hard pear, apple peel, minerally side notes, smooth ’white’ bready middle, long bittering finish, grassy, bit dank, green herbal, piney and a tad oniony. Nice, crisp and ’green’ in a kind of way, enjoyed it.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight citrusy and peachy. Bitter, kild fruity. Vague teaish. Light citrusy and smooth fruity finish.
